Ishigaki is one of the most popular surf spots of Japan. The local, professional surfers are coming several times a year for training to the Club Med. National and international surf competitions are taking place here due to the good wind- and weather conditions and the good infrastructure. The surf- and kite spot
is directly in front of the hotel rooms. It’s about 3 km long and 6 km wide and is parted through a reef, which keeps the waves outside the bay. You will also find a speed spot if it blows with 6 Bft. or more.
The tides are really strong and that’s why the shallow water is always in different sizes. There are some lonely reefs abroad. Three shallow areas are marked with buoys and the locals are surfing without shoes due to the fine sand on the ground. The wind is coming onshore from November to March from the north-east. In this period you will find strong winds between 5-6 Bft. The most beautiful time is from November to January. In this months, you will find less of rain and agreeable temperatures between 23- 26 degrees.

Maui – a dream comes true! Every windsurfers dream – Maui!
Maui is one of the five islands of Hawaii and the centre of water sport. No matter if you’re a windsurfer, kite surfer, surfer, boogie boarder, foil-surfer, diver, tow-in-surfer…. everything is possible – right in front of your door.
After your arrival at the airport you go straight to the North Shore to move into one of the beautiful apartments, which will be your home for the next days. All apartments are individually arranged, all Hawaiian style and all with an amazing view over the ocean and Maui’s beautiful coast. All the apartments are located
directly on the north shore,so we have only 2 to 20 minutes to all that famous spots on Maui.

Hookipa Beach Park, Maui

Kanaha Beach Park, Maui
Fourth Destination, Baja California, Mexico - 4 Days
Usual Conditions & Weather in November: Choppy Water and Rolling Waves up to 1,5 m high
Average Windy days above 11 knots: 90%
Main Wind Speed: 15-25 knots
Temperature: Water 20 °C
Air Noon 29°C / Air Night 18 °C
With a low humidity and an always refreshing wind, the climate in Baja is very convenient. During noon we recommend to stay in the shade, close to afternoon
the sun is comfortable warm. Here you’ll find the local wind “El Norte”, which brings constant winds in between 5-6 Bft during the winter. Common sail range
for this spot is 4.7 up to 6.5 – based on guys around 85kg.

A film and camera crew record all the action - for your very own DVD
The wind direction is side shore from the left, relating the wind strength you’ll find Bump & Jump conditions, good ramps and further outside nice rolling waves. At the beach and in the water there is nothing than fine, white sand, no rocks or anything else disturbing. Further on, there are no sheltered areas. A relatively small shallow area around 2 up to max 5m makes the spot more comfortable for intermediates and pros than for beginners.
Should there be a no-wind-day... or you need a break to recover, the surrounding of Los Barilles offers you several possibilities to make your day! First of all, the Vela Centre offers good Mountain bikes and they hired an extra MTB-Guide, who knows the surrounding and the best trips, from easy one hour-tours to flashing single trails.
Fifth destination, Jericoacoara, Brazil - 6 Days

Air Noon 31°C / Air Night 24 °C
Ideal Skill Level: Windsurf 3-6 / Kitesurf 4-6
Welcome to Paradise...
Most of you might have heard about it already… about Jeri, the Paradise for Windsurfers. Some of you might have thought to go there… and a lot of those that have been there, will return very soon.
For our company, Jeri is the most popular spot to go!
Jericoacoara, a hidden paradise in the north of Brazil, shows an unbelievable wind-statistics for July to January. A wonderful small piece of earth, simply the dream of every Wind- & Kite surfer come true.

Jericoacoara beach
Climate & Wind: There is probably is no other spot around the world that has such stable wind conditions between July and January like Jeri! Furthermore, the climate phenomenon El Nino does not affect this endless wind-motor, and its outside the range of any hurricanes (because of the “corealis”-force). According to decades-long wind-statistics July to December provide at least 28 days per month of 5 beaufort and above ! For our last stop, this means 100% wind, every day on the water. Most of the time the wind blows between 5 and 7 bft in the afternoon, while in the morning the wind needs some time to get up… like we might do.
The Spot: You will look at a huge bay that opens up downwind, but does not close. The wind comes side-off-shore from your right hand side (when looking from the waterfront towards the open sea). As far as you can see you will find only sandy beaches, just around the center you might find some stones , depending on the season of the year. The very clean and steep waves of jeri are about 1-2 m high and 25 come in like drawn lines, in November they can get up to 2,5 m high.

Great accomodation just a stones throw from one of the best surf spots on earth - Jericoacoara
After enjoying the fi nal wonderful days in Jeri we will take our last trip back to Europe, Munich, not to forget to celebrate with a huge party!
If you want to tak epart in this unique adventure you had better be quick as we hear that bookings are going fast. Closing date Jan 31st 2007.
