The JP Australia New School 205 is a great intrductory board for a newbie to the sport of windsurfing. The 205 and 180 ASA versions (plastic skin laminate) are fitted with a dagger board, soft deck covering and nose guard. The 180 is also available for the more advanced sailors in an Epoxy Sandwich construction (much lighter than the ASA version) with a bolt on fin instead of a dagger board.
JP have taken a lot of feedback from test centers, beginners and shops to combine all the features of classic beginner boards with the advantages of the wide body beginner concept. The boards are exciting to ride from the first steps up to full planing with big or small sails. JP Australia also took care of the special needs of a beginner and integrated a nose protector, carrying handles and the full deck is covered with EVA.
