STARBOARD Carve 161 - 2004 - test result, board review - Windsurf magazine 06.04 31/12/1969 |
| A fantastically efficient and versatile board for its size. As quick as the much
smaller 1301 itre boards, but capable of planing in nothing. Non technical for
easy performance, it is living proof of how super planer boards are now a
practical reality for the mainstream freeride sailor. Highly recommended. |

STARBOARD Hypersonic 111 - 2004 - Windsurf magazine 04.04 31/12/1969 |
| The one thing that you cannot
deny the Hypersonic is practicality and speed. The concept has produced hulls
that are massively quick, not just flat out, or downwind, but everywhere.
Upwind, across the wind, full power or just struggling to keep planing, they are
undoubtedly fast and versatile. If you have enough power to get planing, they do
not stop. |

STARBOARD Hypersonic 96 - 2004 - Windsurf magazine 04.04 31/12/1969 |
| Love them or hate them, no
single board has created more interest the world over since their release last
year; Starboard claim that they were the world's best selling board in 2003.
The resultant top speed is staggering -
paced against anything else it just steadily pulls away. |

STARBOARD Compact 126 2004 31/12/1969 |
| The cartoon look, the performances in light wind conditions, the versatility and
the pleasure in use, the small overall dimensions and weight, the maniability,
the very good and complete equipment. The Compact 126 has no competitors among
the other existing boards wider than 80cm. |

STARBOARD Acid 74 - 2004 31/12/1969 |
| Fast, early
planing and snappy enough for onshore, it is composed, efficient and aggressive
enough for pure sideshore. A classic rail to rail feel for the traditional
styles of wave riding, it was universally liked and comes highly
recommended. |

STARBOARD Trance 84 Wood - 2004 31/12/1969 |
| You can do everything with it: Hard kicks on the rails are answered by soft curves, spocks rotates like on soft soap and at reverse duck jibes it keeps the necessary lateral stability through turns. As announced the Trance fulfil its promises as a genuine wave and freestyle board. Lots of fun for light to middle weight Sailors of all skills. |
